It is also possible to combine these options: I always work according to the client’s wishes and budget.

With every type of advice I provide non-binding quotes for works to be carried out, custom furniture or window treatments if desired.

During a plan review you can also decide to move on to a floor plan, a 3D design, a render or PowerPoint: in that case the hourly fee for the plan review no longer applies.
