These terms apply to the use of this website and to services offered by InterieurStyling (Mieke Van Beersel), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services
InterieurStyling provides interior styling and related advisory services, including restyling, renovation guidance, new-build advice, garden/terrace design and window treatments. The exact scope, timing and fee are confirmed per assignment.
Quotes and agreements
Quotes are non-binding until accepted. After acceptance, changes may affect timing and pricing. Additional work requested by the client can be charged separately.
Payments
Invoices are payable within the stated term. Late payment may result in interest and recovery costs as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Designs, plans, moodboards, renders and other materials remain the intellectual property of InterieurStyling, unless otherwise agreed. They may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
We perform our services with care. InterieurStyling is not liable for indirect damage. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Website content is provided for information purposes. Despite our care, content may be incomplete or outdated.
Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the competent courts of the judicial district where InterieurStyling is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
